Administrative Specialist

Job brief

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Specialist to help us with various and constantly changing administrative and data entry tasks.  Work days, work location, number of hours, and pay are flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks such as filling out spreadsheets
  • Assist with projects such as User Guide migration
  • Help organizations complete tasks related to RescueGroups.org projects
  • Other exciting duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • Flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • General use of spreadsheets such as Excel and Google Docs
  • General use of web browsers and the Internet
  • Knowledge and use of the RescueGroups.org services a big plus
  • Understanding of HTML and the web also a big plus

Technical Support Specialist

Have you been wishing you could use your in-depth knowledge and experience with RescueGroups.org to help other rescues and shelters?  Then this is your big opportunity!

Job brief

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help manage and respond to support requests.  The selected individual will also be responsible for triaging and responding to support tickets, and updating our database of Questions, a public resource for support information.  The work days are Monday through Friday, but the work location, number of hours, and pay are flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all support requests within our established SLAs
  • Encourage use of the community resources, feature requests, and other tools
  • Review, edit, research, and answer Questions posted by the community
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of the RescueGroups.org services
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Excellent written skills in English
